Lydiah is a Marketing Executive at Microsoft, in charge of marketing operations for eight African countries. Lydiah is also an alumna of YALI RLC, a leadership training program for young African changemakers. She currently runs a motivational blog,, and her aim is to inspire and empower young people to realize their full potential.

Pauline Ngari is the former CEO of the Kenyan Women Finance Trust. In 2017, she started her own business, the “Youth Talent and Enterprise Development Centre,” which aims to create an equitable society through youth and female economic empowerment.
